OUR PROGRAM DistribuTeD through PARTNERSHIP

The Distributed Model program is best understood as a re-packaged version of our Standard Model program. It is based upon the same content as our Standard Model but it is offered in-person, over the course of 2-4 weeks, in partnership within another organization.

The Distributed Model program was designed to collaborate with the global Church to build capacity for the mobilization of B4T practitioners amongst the unreached.

This program will not only help our partners prepare and support the B4T practitioners they send, but will equip them to continue to deliver and develop The Incubator’s program for their context.

This program is for organizations…

  1. Sending cross-cultural workers

  2. Through the marketplace

  3. Amongst unreached people groups.

Distributed Model Components

1. Condensed Intensives

The Distributed Model necessitates condensed intensives due to its in-person delivery. These modules accommodate diverse schedules. While field work isn't feasible between sessions, the focused nature ensures effective learning. Post-program, participants can conduct research and apply principles guided by local Champion Coaches.

2. Local Champion coaches

Since our facilitators lack knowledge and experience of the local context and will not stay on-site, local community members must be prepared to support participants. Champion Coaches, trained during the Distributed Model, fulfill this role.

Program key concepts

  1. Theology & Missiology of B4T

  2. Spiritual Impact Strategies
    & Planning

  3. The Customer & Market

  4. Problem & Solution

  5. Management

  6. Financial Benchmarks

  7. Business Organization

  8. Branding & Marketing

Our program provides participants with a in-depth understanding of key business concepts and principles, in addition to guidance in spiritual impact.

This includes but is not limited to the concepts listed to the left.

Through a combination of presentation and facilitation, case studies, group discussions, and real-world examples, participants will gain practical B4T knowledge that will be applied through research, discussions, planning, tasks, and pitching.

At the completion of the program, participants will have developed a comprehensive, contextualized business plan integrated with a strategy for spiritual impact.

Program Benefits

EfficienT delivery

Within the span of 2-4 weeks, participants will have learned all the necessary principles to develop and strategize their B4T.

This optimization of time allows more accessibility to participants to enter into the program and Champion coaches to be trained.

Continued support + Resources

As partners develop The Incubator content for their local context, valuable support and resources will be provided by our team to ensure the success of the development.

RElationships through cohorts

Cohorts collaborate to learn business concepts, overcome challenges, and provide feedback to one another, thereby creating strong relationships.

As these participants transition into practitioners, they begin their entrepreneurial journey with supportive companions by their side.
