the Standard Model of our program

The Standard Model is for the aspiring entrepreneur looking to create spiritual impact through business in an unreached part of the world.

Accessible to all, this program is operated virtually on a secure platform and can be completed from anywhere around the world.

Over the course of four months, participants will be supported by experienced facilitators as they practically apply learned material and grow relationships with other like-minded participants within their cohort.

Program road Map

The following image, our Program Road Map, outlines the journey of the program.

PROGRAM Components

1. ON RAMP

It is during this stage that those interested in the program will start the application process. If our team finds that the applicant is a good fit for the program, they are accepted and become a participant.

Before the first intensive week, participants are assigned to complete readings and watch introductory videos.

2. Intensive weeks

As shown on the Program Road Map above, over the course of the program, there are four intensive weeks.

Each intensive week consists of five days with 3-hour-long live video calls per day. During these calls, participants work with their cohort to understand and apply business startup principles through modules. Participants form relationships with one another as they brainstorm, problem-solve, and collaborate with one another.

3. field work

Field work takes place in between each intensive week. There is a focus during this time to apply the startup principles and tools learned, test assumptions, conduct market study research, and prepare for the modules addressed in upcoming intensive weeks.

Through a secure, online platform, participants will have access to program facilitators and other members of their cohort for continued guidance and interraction.

4. Launch

At the completion of the program, participants have developed a comprehensive, contextualized business plan integrated with a strategy for spiritual impact. Their businesses are ready to launch!

Participants establish their team, and make the transition from developing their business to operating their business. Continued support is offered through alumni services.

PROGRAM BeNEFITS

RElationships through cohorts

Cohorts collaborate to learn business concepts, overcome challenges, and provide feedback to one another, thereby creating strong relationships.

As these participants transition into practitioners, they begin their entrepreneurial journey with supportive companions by their side.

Self-responsibility

Our team will provide support and guidance through information on business concepts, templates, case-studies and the facilitation of the module.

Yet, it’s the responsibility of participants to ask questions, do field work, complete readings, brainstorm, and develop their business ideas.

PracticalLy applied Knowledge

We include only practical information and training in our program. If it can't be applied, we don't include it.

Each intensive week explores modules with issues, principles, processes, tools, and templates for participants to apply in their contexts for deeper learning.
